But the story took an even more remarkable turn shortly after his rescue. Named Professor Plum, the dog was placed in a foster home the very day he was rescued. After a quick evaluation, he was deemed ready for foster care, which happened within hours.

He reunited with his former foster mother, Barb Kumar, who had cared for him and his sister when they were just weeks old. Now, by a twist of fate, their paths crossed again. This reunion was not just touching but filled with affection, as Barb and Professor Plum reconnected with lots of kisses and cuddles. This time, however, instead of being with his sister, he was welcomed by two other foster siblings.

After facing numerous challenges, he was finally in a safe, loving environment, poised for more adventures.
