About a year after Kona’s adoption, her parents decided she would make a fantastic big sister and adopted another pup named Mako. Kona took to her new role with enthusiasm, becoming a responsible and caring sibling. She looked after Mako and helped her parents whenever they needed assistance with the pups.
Seeing how well Kona adjusted to her new family dynamics, her parents began fostering other dogs. Despite the additional responsibilities, Kona never missed a beat.
