At “Where The Love Is, Inc. Animal Rescue,” nestled in Hamden, Connecticut, countless rescue dogs pass through the doors, each carrying a hope for a new, loving home. Over the past three years, this dedicated rescue has welcomed many dogs, finding almost all of them new families quickly.

Bones had his favorite toy, a heavy-duty black rubber bone, and he was known for his gentle nature around people.
